Providing seamless behavioral health care
The First Access Program offers seamless care for individuals needing outpatient behavioral health services after being seen in Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center’s Emergency Department. As a result of the program, there has been an increase in the follow-through rate of behavioral health patients from 40 percent to 100 percent.
