Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 (medium) unpared and diced apples
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ⅛ cup low-fat mayonnaise

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens.
