  1. Just want to say, 10,000 units of biotin will make your nails wonderfully hard and your hair grow, too. It may take fewer for your nails, but I take the 10,000 to cover both, and let me say, I can use my fingernails to screw in loose screws and my eyelashes are really thick. You can’t get away with a lower dose for hair growth. My friend who has cancer said her oncologist told her the dosage when she lost her hair in treatment.

  2. Parallel ridges on finger nails may be lack of vitamins or I’M just getting olde. Thanks a lot! Narrows it down quite a bit.
