  1. It is a complete myth that beans “equal” any amount of meat. Beans only have a few of the amino acids; only animal protein has all nine of the absolutely essential aminos. The push to get us to substitute plant-based foods for animal products goes right along with the plan to stagnate wages. Don’t go along with it! We must eat meat and they must pay us enough for us to buy meat. Beef production, when done correctly, does better at fixing than Big Agriculture. Grazing animals fix carbon in the soil, and their manure refreshes the productive capacity of farmland.
