  1. This is the way I’ve been eating for the last 5 years. I meal prep on the weekends. Eat basically the same thing everyday. Weekends vary slightly. I rarely eat out. I don’t eat processed foods. I use to have hypertension, high cholesterol and was pre-diabetic. My B/P this morning was 111/66. I just recently had a physical. Cholesterol levels – Total 165 SB 40, LDL 94 SB <130. Glucose reading 87 SB 70-99. Meal prepping does work as long as you select the proper foods. I also do intermittent fasting along with meal prepping.

  2. (Fixed cholesterol level)

I have eaten this way for so long I don’t need to plan it. It’s my life style. It works.

  4. The meal planning does help, however I mostly utilize fasting and eating low carb. I eat 2 good meals a day and no snacking. It works very well and is easy to maintain.

I think I’m addicted to sugar. My doctor won’t help me. She is more like a data entry clerk than a doctor.
