Diagnosed with congestive heart failure at 33

Mary Frazier was only 33 years old when she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, a disease that affects 5 million Americans. Fortunately, Frazier received the care she needed from Dr. Ali Valika, an Advocate Heart Institute cardiologist at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Ill., and is now recovering and enjoying life as the mom of a young son.

  1. I am looking for cardiac Dr that can help me with my Diastolic Heart Failure. I found out accidentally while reading my DPMG on line account. Primary nor cardio dr told me. I made appt & asked why was I not told & what was it. I was told some hardening of left side & plague in arteries, that it comes with age. I have had severe shortness of breath for over a year I need someone to help me somehow I have Medicare A & B & BCBS plan G Do the Dr’s accept medicare assignment?
