Megan Kochanek, a nutritionist, and Dr. Jeremy Daigle, a pediatrician — both at Advocate Children’s Hospital — have chosen four easy and healthy meals for your family, and a reminder that meal preparation is a good opportunity to team up with your kids.

“Often, if you involve your child in making dinner, they will be happier to eat it,” says Kochanek.
