This quick and simple shake recipe contains only the natural sweetness of the tender coconut water and the watermelon with no added sweeteners such as jaggery, sugar, honey or agave.

Watermelon Coconut Protein Drink

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes


  1. 2 cups tender coconut water, unsweetened
  2. 1 cup watermelon, cut into cubes
  3. 5 cups ice cubes
  4. 1 scoop of grass-fed whey protein powder or 100% whey protein isolate

Cooking method:

  1. Place all above ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve cold on a hot summer day or as an evening snack.
