  2. I disagree with the recommendation of drinking grape juice before bed to lose weight. It’s loaded with sugar and no different than soda. Spiking your insulin levels before bed and while you sleep is the last thing you want to! That’s a good way to push yourself toward diabetes.

  3. Isn’t soy and soy protein linked to lower testosterone levels in younger males under the age of 25 ?
