  1. Eating often is not good advice. Please do the research. Eating most foods, healthy or not, will induce your pancreas to release the hormone insulin as part of the body’s function to use and store the energy provided by food. Eating too frequently can lead to insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes, and obesity. The human body requires nutrients “feast” but also requires periods of ” famine” to maintain a balance.
    The food industry has permeated our society and created a false need to snack all the time to sell more processed products. Please don’t perpetuate this wrong fact.
